- 1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 1-2 tspn Ginger paste
- 2 tspn Garlic paste (4-5 cloves)
- 3 tspn chopped Green Chilli (or as your taste)
- 1tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 Green Capsicum
- 2 fresh red tomato
- Onion paste (1-2 onions)
- 1 Corn (Boiled)
- 1 tspn Garam Masala
- 150 gm paneer (crushed) – one can also use paneer cubes
- Salt to taste
- Soya Sauce (2 tsp)
- Tomato Ketchup
- Chilli Sauce (2 tsp)
- 2 Amul Cheese cubes (grated)
Method:
Stuffing preparation:
- Heat butter in a pan and add Cumin seeds, garlic paste, ginger paste and chopped chillies. Saute it for a minute or two.
- Add onion paste and sauté until it turns translucent. Add chopped capsicum, tomatoes and sauté until all the vegetables are cooked.
- Once the veggies are cooked, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to it.
- Add a little water so that the spices don’t get burnt.
- Mix it well and add Paneer to it. Stir it well so that all the veggies, spices and Paneer gets mixed up well.
- Switch off the flame. Evenly add soya and chilli sauce in the stuffing mixture and stir again.
Preparing the Rolls -
- Take the Bread Roll, apply some butter on top and warm it on pan, Place stuffing over it. Fry the bread roll for a minute.
- Apply grated cheese over the roll and tomato ketchup on the top.
- Serve Hot.
P.S: One can also add peas, beans and carrot among the
veggies to make it healthier.
